We had the absolute best experience here! The vibe of the place was so fun for an evening out in Paris. Great music and great atmosphere. We were so impressed with the staff who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. The three of us traveling together all have to follow a gluten free diet which was a bit tricky at times in Paris, but at Social Square the staff was so accommodating. Even though there was the language barrier they worked as a team to understand what we could and could not eat and went as far as to go off the menu and create a most delicious meal for us. I can't say how wonderful that was after several days of having trouble finding really good, gluten free options. This was delicious!
I would so highly recommend Social Square. -

We stopped here because our hotel was very close. This is a nice place to take a break in Paris, you will see a lot of people coming in the restaurant only for a cup of coffee and to enjoy the city. The service was good. I would recommend you to try the hamburgers.

Not sure why there are negative reviews here. But, we did only stop in for a glass of champagne at an outdoor seat on the way to dinner one night in Paris when it was raining. But, they played fun music (pretty loud, but we liked it), had good drink choices and the servers were friendly and helpful. So, I don't really have anything bad to say and would happily return to this spot to people watch, have a drink and enjoy some Parisian cafe time.

This was the third place I visited in Paris, after some unwelcoming experiences at other places nearby. The moment I walked in (completely randomly), the bartender greeted me warmly and started to speak to me in English, without attitude (not that I expect French people to speak to me in English, but their English is light years beyond most Americans French).
I wasn't sure what I wanted so Charles, the bartender, asked me what I like and with a smile said "I've got something for you" and proceeded to make me the perfect cocktail. I also ate dinner here, and I took his recommendation, which was delicious (perfectly cooked fish and potatoes).
A little into the evening, a DJ started spinning some fun music, which made the night even better.
I am so glad I happened upon this spot, as it made my first day in Paris absolutely lovely. Charles is amazing and his contagiously happy-go-lucky attitude are sure to make your day even better! -

Shockingly...this was our best meal in Paris! I say shockingly because our expectations were low considering it was so new. But it was basically an American style twist on French food and everything was delicious. Great spot across from a quiet park. Tres bien!
